Refund Policy

At Danyelle, our products are made from 100% natural and plant based QUALITY leather. As creasing, irregularities, and changes in color are natural features of this leather, each handcrafted piece is completely unique.

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns FOR EXCHANGE ONLY. We are happy to exchange unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged packaging) within 7 days of receiving the item. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material.

As each item is crafted and hand-painted especially for you, we do not allow returns on any customized items. However, customized items found to have flaws in workmanship are able to be returned for exchange as long as the item is unworn.

In order to initiate your return, please contact us at mailto: hola@danyelle.com.au to approve the return. We reserve the right to deny an exchange to the sender without a prior approval.

Shipping Policy

According to the general administration of customs of your country, articles shipped which are classified as individual use may require a formal custom clearance. You may be subject to taxes, import duties and fees levied once the shipment reaches the destination. Additional charges for customs clearance (if any) must be fulfilled by you. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Our price is DDU incoterm (Delivery Duty Unpaid) or DAP incoterm (Delivered at Place) destination is selected, prices displayed are exclusive of the product. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, local sales taxes and Customs Brokers rates levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these is necessary to release your order upon customs entrance.

As we are unable to recommend the amount this may be, we invite our customers to validate taxes and import duties before placing an order. Shipping costs are already included in the final amount of your order. However, the courier may present you with a separate invoice from local authorities for duties owed.

US Clients:

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by USA law. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; DANYELLE has no control over these charges, nor can DANYELLE predict what they may be. You should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Importations not over $800 for US Citizens shall pass free of duty and tax any shipment of merchandise (Subject to the conditions) imported by one person on one day having a fair retail value, as evidenced by an oral declaration or the bill of lading (or other document filed as the entry) or manifest listing each bill of lading, in the country of shipment not exceeding $800; merchandise subject to this exemption shall be entered under the informal entry procedures, according to Article 7.8; 1, (f) of USMCA Agreement.

Deliveries

Shipments cannot be delivered to PO box address or postal codes only, please provide a complete address and the name of the Consignee Customs Border Office, Customs Brokers and international courier company has the right to open and inspect shipments without notice
